Breckenridge is inspired by a red Indian cotton gown worn by Ann Cary Selden Breckenridge of Botetourt County, Virginia when her husband served congress in Washington between 1807 and 1819. The embroidered gold floral hand stitched border of the gown became our "Breckenridge" patternAs part of the WILLIAMSBURG collection for PORT 68, Breckenridge celebrates the timeless floral border. We have this pattern on a tea caddy, quatrefoil planter and modern hex shaped lamp.
The tea caddy has a lift off lid/cap so that it may be used as a vase.
