The Palace Fret pattern is suggestive from the chair rail molding in the supper room of the Governor's Palace in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. As part of the WILLIAMSBURG collection, the ivory crackled center basin bowl features the reflective gold key pattern around the rim with handles of solid brass.
Inside opening of the bowl is: 13" diameter x 7"deep. Glazed interior, holds water.
The center basin would be the perfect entertaining bowl to hold bottled cider or champagne. Another decorating tip is to use the bowl with fresh flowers or multiples of potted orchids for a formal centerpiece.
