The design of the Deane jar is an inspiration from a cord-quilted bed cover made in England or Ireland around 1730 to 1750. The original pattern from the WILLIAMSBURG collection is an oval shaped lattice design that alternates the garland branches at six inch intervals.
Our jar features the lattice in slate blue on a matte crackled glazed porcelain urn shape. Lift off top for interior storage. Scaled for mantles or bookcases, the pattern on the jar is modern, yet classic. Accents of solid brass ring finial.
Materials: porcelain, solid brass
